wow, that was truly horrible. the only thing missing is russell at qb. because this team is THAT bad. no heart, no spirit, no talent, nothing. they're horrible. sure, there are a few players who don't completely suck. but how many players have left the team over the years, and been successful somewhere else? um ... let's see ... none. zach miller? nah. nnamdi asomugha? nah. robert gallery? jerry porter? louis murphy? stanford routt? anyone? it's more likely that they leave the raiders and they leave the league. these guys suck.
and if allen hasn't lost the team, he sure is absolutely horrible at motivating them. they play like they have shit in their pants, lead in their shoes, and benadryl in their veins. i get more amped up when i have to take a leak. they're pitiful.
as much as i hate to constantly keep swapping coaches, i have no confidence in allen's ability to get the job done. bring in chucky, let him and mckenzie try to right the ship. at least chucky would get people fired up. the talent issue will remain with us for a few years, as they get more draft picks and have cap room. but the dudes look like they're sleep walking. i think more players should taunt them, like the dude on the saints did. the raiders deserve it. other teams' fans should do it too. point and laugh at them. throw food, too, because these losers will be on food stamps in a few years.
the raiders have sunk to the level of the league's irrelevant teams. the browns, the bengals, the bills, the jaguars, the panthers, the chiefs, the lions ... sure those teams have a few good players, but overall they suck. and they've sucked for a very long time. they're the fluff that fills out the league, but they don't stand a snowball's chance in hell of winning anything, ever. if they fell off the map and vanished, no one would notice. a decade of irrelevance ... and they want a new stadium? fuck me.
