Can management fire Greg Knapp today please?!?!

Send this buffoon packing TODAY.

Oh, and while you're at it...fire Keith Burns and Steve Hoffman as well.  Special teams has been ATROCIOUS all season.  And if you want to play the "what if" game - we win yesterday with decent ST play.

Well, a lot of our Raiders will be gone.  Best of luck to Shane Lechler, if he leaves, I wish him the best.  He deserves to go somewhere and win.

Happy New Year's Everyone.

Well, just my opinion - it wouldn't matter if Oakland had drafted Johnson.  Who was going to throw him the ball???  Calvin Johnson here in this dydfunctional clusterfuck of a team would be several straight seasons of what Larry Fitzgerald looks like in this year's Arizona Cardinals team.  Eventually, he would leave - probably go to the Patriots - and become the player he is now.  This team sucks my ass.

The google machine tells me johnson caught 78 passes in 2008 with dan orlovsky, culpepper and kitna throwing him the ball.

Like AP he gets it done regardless of how shitty his team is.

Maybe it wouldn't have made a huge difference in the W column but it would have been considerably less frustrating than watching fatass fuck up week in week out.

al sure made a good pick in choosing that fat ass over calvin johnson. johnson might just get over 2,000 yards receiving in one season, while that fat ass is sitting at home getting an even fatter ass. do all our receivers put together have 2,000 yards receiving for the season? how many years would it take dropsy moore or GHB to get that many yards? hell, if they can get that many in their entire careers i'd be surprised.

And let's not forget we picked Gallery over Larry Fitz and Fabian Washington immediately before.....Aaron Rodgers!

Talk about wasted opportunities.......

Just trade McClain for a draft pick after the season.  Get him out of here.

It's about time Chekwa got some PT, that should have happened long ago.

I like Philip Adams.  He hustles and tries to make plays.

See ya Bartell, an experiment gone wrong.

As for the coaching staff, there is not a one of them I want back.  If we don't beat KC, axes should drop on Monday on this staff.

Couldn't agree more, this is a good move.  I however thought he would be a great player for us when we drafted him :(  But....he's not, and has been a huge disappointment.  First of many to be gone when the season concludes ;)

I think Seymour, Huff, Kelly, DHB, and possibly even Dmac & Palmer may be hitting the trail in the future.  I love some of these guys but average production for top-rate salaries are going to be a thing of the past in Oaktown....which is the biggest reason we have went downhill so fast this season.  No depth past the starters...because there is no funds to pay them!

Well, as pissed as I am with this season "progression"  ;D - I love this move.

I have NEVER been a fan of this kid.  He is immature and does not want to work hard.  As much as we bitch about this team and its players, I think we all know we want players on this team who want to work hard and make plays.  Just maybe this also has silver lining - if you are not producing or for that matter, playing hard - your ass is gone.  Sets a good precedent for the organization.  Lord knows we have had enough problems.  As far as I'm concerned, I want all these guys gone who can't produce or stay healthy consistently.

McClain has been a clown since day 1.  He throws a temper tantrum at Wednesday's practice and then he posts he doesn't want to be here.  Good riddance.

NOW....thinking ahead.  Draft Teo Mant'i Teo  You will have a dominant LB a la Seau/Urlacher for the next decade.

Just saw Bartell was activated for Baltimore and Pat lee did not make the trip so he was cut. This was a dumb move he was not the worst cornerback if anyone should have been cut it should have Joseilo Hanson. Stupid move.....

Where did you hear that Pat Lee was cut? It's not listed on the Raiders transactions page. Don't see any articles about it either.

Did a quick search and all I could find that Raiders "are going to cut" Pat Lee.

I agree with Kyle, it would be a STUPID MOVE.  Pat Lee has actually done a decent job.

So McFadden has a high ankle sprain...that's just beautiful.  Oh yeah, and Goodson is hurt as well.

Well....Reggie you better go find someone because Raider Nation will not be satisifed with a backfield of Taiwan Jones, Owen Schmitt and Marcel Reece.  (This is no slam on Reece...albeit telented, he is not a tailback.)

Kahlil Bell, Ryan Grant come to mind right off the bat.

And please, I don't want to hear about Michael Bush.  He is gone.  Screw him.  He didn't want to be here, now he can sit on the pine and watch Matt Forte.

Looks like McClain has been regulated to the bench...well, at least some of the time.  With limited playing time during the Falcons game, the Raider D was more tenacious (in my opinion).  I have made my feelings known about this guy on this board in the past....he is overrated and simply not that good.  I am tired of Raiders fans making excuses for this guy.  Trade him now while he is at least worth something.

Speaking of LBs, I would absoluely go bananas if the Raiders could draft Manti Te'o from Notre Dame.  Great player.

I honestly thought we would try to trade McClain during the draft for a pick (who knows maybe we did).  But that is good news as far as I'm concerned that he'll be riding the bench more...

RB Steven Jackson from the Rams allowed to void his final year. Now HE would be a great back up to Mcfadden. Big Power Runner who could also break for a big play with his speed. Really hope the Raiders look into him.

Im sick how the media's talkin bout Barrett Robbins and how he messed up his career with the Raiders and his SuperBowl "stint", his doped-up life and yet they forget to mention that dude has bi-polar the whole time! I wish this disease dont occur to any of their family members..
