Marcel Reece named to ProBowl....heading to Hawaii
Steve Corkran, BayAreaNewsGroup

Since the Ravens' pro bowl selections are now going to the Superbowl, they can't go the the Pro Bowl, which opened up a spot for Marcel Reece. He replaces Ravens fullback Vonta Leach.

The full story of Rolando McClain's recent arrest
« Reply #984 on: January 09, 2013, 07:47:10 PM »
The full story of Rolando McClain's recent arrest

"I’m falsely accused, corrupt cops are out to get me"

McClain told the officer he had a letter from his doctor about the window tint, which he later produced. The printed letter stated he had “photosensitivity and needed maximum ultraviolet radiation protection to include window tinting,” Crouch said.

Annerton asked him twice to roll the window up partially so he could check the tint, and McClain refused both times, Crouch said.

“He tells the officer he’s got a letter from his doctor and that’s all he needs,” Crouch said. McClain was asked to sign the citation, and he wrote in the space for the signature, “F–k y’all.”

Officers asked McClain to put his real name on the ticket, and McClain answered, “That is my name.”

Rolando McClain arrested again in Decatur Alabama
No smile this time   :-\

“I’m falsely accused of everything,”

true, he was falsely accused of being a professional, of being an adult, of not being a waste of space on the earth, of not being a skid mark on the underwear of the NFL ...

but now it's easier to cut his ass, right? i guess the team can wait to see if the charges stick, so they can use it against him. al's gone, but what the hell, cut him "for cause."

did anyone out there buy a mcclain jersey? i think even juan waited on that one. but don't worry, it's on sale on the raiders' site! how hilarious is that. his authentic jersey is marked down from $225 to $109. who would pay $109 for that shit?

I wouldn't pay $1.09 for it.

This was another draft pick I was dead wrong about.  I thought McClain and Russell were hard working stars in the making....ugh....

Can management fire Greg Knapp today please?!?!

Send this buffoon packing TODAY.

Oh, and while you're at it...fire Keith Burns and Steve Hoffman as well.  Special teams has been ATROCIOUS all season.  And if you want to play the "what if" game - we win yesterday with decent ST play.

Well, a lot of our Raiders will be gone.  Best of luck to Shane Lechler, if he leaves, I wish him the best.  He deserves to go somewhere and win.

Happy New Year's Everyone.

Rumor has it that Knapp will be out today....hope its true!

Well, just my opinion - it wouldn't matter if Oakland had drafted Johnson.  Who was going to throw him the ball???  Calvin Johnson here in this dydfunctional clusterfuck of a team would be several straight seasons of what Larry Fitzgerald looks like in this year's Arizona Cardinals team.  Eventually, he would leave - probably go to the Patriots - and become the player he is now.  This team sucks my ass.

The google machine tells me johnson caught 78 passes in 2008 with dan orlovsky, culpepper and kitna throwing him the ball.

Like AP he gets it done regardless of how shitty his team is.

Maybe it wouldn't have made a huge difference in the W column but it would have been considerably less frustrating than watching fatass fuck up week in week out.

al sure made a good pick in choosing that fat ass over calvin johnson. johnson might just get over 2,000 yards receiving in one season, while that fat ass is sitting at home getting an even fatter ass. do all our receivers put together have 2,000 yards receiving for the season? how many years would it take dropsy moore or GHB to get that many yards? hell, if they can get that many in their entire careers i'd be surprised.

And let's not forget we picked Gallery over Larry Fitz and Fabian Washington immediately before.....Aaron Rodgers!

Talk about wasted opportunities.......

Just trade McClain for a draft pick after the season.  Get him out of here.

It's about time Chekwa got some PT, that should have happened long ago.

I like Philip Adams.  He hustles and tries to make plays.

See ya Bartell, an experiment gone wrong.

As for the coaching staff, there is not a one of them I want back.  If we don't beat KC, axes should drop on Monday on this staff.
