Randy:
Selection committee recommends AEG to operate Oakland Coliseum complex

SMG, the sports and entertainment giant that has operated the Oakland Coliseum for 13 years, stands to lose its contract to the Anschutz Entertainment Group.

The choice shocked SMG General Manager Ron Little. "But we expected a full-blown attack from AEG," Little said, "and we got it."

I know, what's the deal? You have your own basketball team right in the same sports complex that your team is in, and you're a fan of one of their rivals?

Regardless of where the team is.

I gotta give a lot of props for Mark being a CLIPPERS fan. (it's so easy when you can just jump on the LAKERS bandwagon) but it takes a real fan to support a team like the CLIPPERS (kind of like the warriors, fans have been in the pits for the last 20 years & they have no trouble selling out the Oracle)

i dunno ... either a "real fan" or a real idiot. the clippers haven't done shit since bob mcadoo. and that was when they played in buffalo. it seems mark davis's taste in basketball teams is as good as his taste in hairstyles. you'd think he'd like the bullets. (give that one a sec ... come on ... bullets ...)
