Lechler says the Raiders never gave him a call to make any offer during the off-season. Greg Papa's main concern now is how Seabass will handle the transition to a new holder. Lechler and Janikowski were drafted together in 2000 and have been pretty much inseparable since then....and they discuss this among other things....including Carson Palmer's situation. He thinks Palmer gives the Raiders the best chance to win. He also gives his opinion on Dennis Allen.
