Why it there always some azz-hole sticking his azz in the trash compactor?  I try to come here when I can and be nicer, but some seem to make it impossible.  Could it be I was on a 7 day cruise and didn't get to a computer with internet access?  Nah, you wouldn't think about that, you're to busy being a sh!tkicker.  As much as I love football, I do have a life, a job, family and friends.  Not to say anyone here doesn't, but you need to find another way of getting a erection beside being consumed by me

As i was entering the stadium some idiot steelers fans were YELLING,waving those hideous terrible towels and talking TONS of trash-from the upper deck as we were filing in on the lower concourse...the general demeanor of some steeler fans is we are walking into your stadium and are gonna give you some CRAP...we own your stadium.we own you..i just think its LOW CLASS....the only thing that us raider fans did as we were leaving was to continuosly yell RAIDDDEERRSSSSS!!!! I didn;t get up in ANY steelers fans face and give them some CRAP...it WAS great NOT seeing those terrible towels being waved when the game ended.
Living in the houston area and going to oilers vs steelers games-esp the last oilers vs steelers game-it was the same thing-all these steelers fans in the dome parking lot-no tailgating allowed by bud adams...some steelers fans talking TONS of trash about all the things their team was going to do to the Oilers-acting like storm troopers, waving those silly myron cope towels. The oilers had the game at hand at the beginning of the 4th quarter and they couldn;t get out of the dome fast enough!!!-scurrying off like rats off a wharf dock...i was leaving the game with my mom and dad-i yelled more than a few times how bout those steelers!!!!I heard Steelers fans SH$T for years and i Finally had ENOUGH!!!!:O)My mom told me i am GLAD that the last game between the Oilers vs Steelers(at the astrodome)that the OILERS WON!!! Some of the Oilers vs Steelers games it was SRO-i didn;t mind standing watching these EPIC battles-Earl campbell vs the Steel Curtain defense...it was AWESOME!!!:O)

...At the end of the game-they walked out in silence...one steelers fan said-(after the game) this will probably be one of only 4 raider games they win this year...the steelers will make the playoffs-raiders won't...SORE F-ING LOSERS!!!!!steelers fans PLEASE have a little CLASS when you get beat say NICE JOB-and ACCCEPT it...

Actually, the Steelers fans I saw as I left the stadium after the game were acting completely different from the ones you witnessed. I saw several walk up to Raiders fans as they were leaving and extend their had, shook, and said "good game". People in different parts of the stadium can get a totally different opinion of the other team's fans depending on who they happen to see in their section. I still have a bad memory of some Seahawks fans when we were leaving their stadium a few years ago. Taunting us like little bitches. But I'm sure they don't represent the Seahawks fanbase as a whole. I thought that Raider and Steeler fans at this last game got along very well from what I saw. No problems at all. No fights, not even any real verbal problems...other than a little teasing, from what I witnessed. I did see some idiot Raiders fans on YouTube though, taunting a Steelers fan (with his girlfriend or wife) after the game. Who knows what that Steelers fan had said during the game though. He may have been a asshole himself, but he's doing nothing in this video. I don't agree with fans who do this kind of thing after the game. However I did hear one of the Raiders fans in this video say, "you were talking hella shit!" Personally, I'd rather just show some class like you said....and just walk out with a smile on my face.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EU51fx-Jdzk

i've razzed my share of fans at games, but i've always tried to keep it funny, and i've gone over and shaken their hand after the game, whether we won or lost. or rather i've tried to shake their hand. i've had charger fans stomp off because their team lost.

one time i put my hand out and the dude kept walking. freaking baby. his teenage kid stopped and shook my hand. the kid was a bigger man than the dad. hah! the dad even gave me shit because the raiders drafted jamarcus russell. he seemed to have no recollection of ryan leaf.

remember those t-shirts that said 'see dick drink. see dick drive. don't be a dick'? they need those for football games. 'see dick drink. see dick talk shit to raider fans. don't be a dick.' the last one can have a picture of dick getting stomped.

Cant believe that if we beat the broncos next week we are right back in this thing. As seen they are quite beatable. It is all in our hands to keep us in as contenders in this division.

I guess I am giong to have to dig down deep to hope that the Chefs beat the chargers to make a 3 way tie for first. Going to need that since we have to come off our bye and play the Falcons who are looking like monsters right now

Raider Greg gets a BIG surprise at the Coliseum snack bar...

Raider Greg gets a BIG surprise at the Coliseum snack bar

Check out THIS story.

Marcus Allen had just lit the Al Davis memorial flame prior to the kickoff. Raider Greg was late getting into the Coliseum due to the very long lines. After finally getting inside, Greg went straight to the snack bar to get a beer for each of us. I was waiting in my seat watching the beginning of the game. Greg felt someone tap him on the shoulder. He turned around, expecting to see me behind him. Instead, he saw Marcus Allen looking him in the face. Marcus had apparently been walking to his luxury box after lighting the flame, and as he passed the snack bar he noticed Greg wearing a #32 Allen jersey. After Greg turned around, and gave Marcus Allen a surprised look......Marcus said to Greg, "hey, thanks for representing. Nice jersey."

Got to love the win! One game at a time.

This mess with the replacement refs needs to be fixed.  I mentioned it to a co-worker the other day that someone is going to end up getting hurt.  I hope all is well with DHB!

Agreed, any win is a good win. I was impressed with our overall performance today, we hang in there even when we hardly had possession in that first half. Going in only 3pts down at half time was a good performance considering we hardly got going.

In the 2nd half we kept them close and then a couple of turnovers helped us sneak the win. was impressed with our D (despite conceding 31pts) and the overall performance of Palmer. Also, hardly any penalties against us.

A win next week and we'll be fine thereafter. We have to get a few wins to give the players the right mindset and self belief.

Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau Thursday (Video)
« Reply #18 on: September 21, 2012, 08:49:31 PM »
Bay Area media mentioned to Dennis Allen that Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau said they are expecting the wildcat formation from the Raiders....either from McFadden or Pryor. Coach Allen looked like he didn't know what to say. He smiled a little, then the media all started laughing, then Allen said, "they need to prepare for anything."

Here is the video of Dick LeBeau that the reporter was referring to. LeBeau makes that comment at 3:47 into the video:  http://www.steelers.com/video-and-audio/videos/Dick-LeBeau---9-20/830c2e5a-aa7e-4eea-abc0-0e0fd933fa74

and Dennis Allen was asked about it at 4:15 into this video:  http://www.raiders.com/media-vault/videos/Head-Coach-Dennis-Allen-Friday/2efcce08-ffcd-495b-9a13-485455b00fe9

Raiders-Steelers game will be televised locally
Steve Corkran, Bay Area News Group

The Raiders have sold over 85% of the seats, which ensures the local television broadcast....but seats are still available...and going fast. The Raiders expect a full house at game time.

Yeah we beat that same team after their SB year when they were faster and younger .....and we were a dysfunctional QB riddle team that had 1 win in 9 games!  We beat them on a Chris Carr 99 yard INT on the final drive of the game!  So please son don't sit here and point out bullshit we already know... if you think this game is a gimme.... well you don't know the NFL ...Not saying we'll dominate... but we aren't going to roll over either... unless the team quits

:-\ Its hard to have hope, with the way the offense are playing and all the injuries to the Defensive secondary. The offense needs to score alot of points to have any chance. Hope Coach Allen has a good scheme for the steelers.

Lets be serious here.. how many teams as of late have beaten the Steelers on the ground?

The Jets were never in the contest cause Mark Sanchez is Mark Sanchez. Peyton Manning arguably one of the greatest players in the history of the game playing in his first game in over 2 years torched the Steelers secondary. Tim Tebow arguably the most overrated QB in the history of the game torched the Steelers in his last professional start.

Do you notice a pattern there Millernation?

If Carson Palmer is somewhere on skill levels between Peyton Manning and Tim Tebow... Then I think we are in with a decent chance.

Raider Greg predicted win over Steelers in 2006, when Raiders were 1-5
« Reply #11 on: September 19, 2012, 01:02:53 AM »
In 2009 we went into Pittsburg with a record of 3-8, and beat the Steelers 27-24 with Gradkowski at QB. Remember that one? Maybe this YouTube video will jog your memory. http://youtu.be/gDWEiHxdw1U

Hear Raider Greg's recap here in Show #258: http://www.raidernationpodcast.com/podcasts/RNP-Show258-2009-12-08.mp3

In 2006, the Raiders had 1 win and 5 losses (Art Shell coach, Tom Walsh Offensive Coordinator) when the Steelers came into Oakland, and the Raiders won 20-13 with Andrew Walter at QB. Raider Greg predicted a Raiders win "in dramatic fashion"....and they did that by intercepting Roethlisberger 4 times. This was the year the Raiders won only two games, but this victory over the Steelers was one of those two wins.

Here is Raider Greg's prediction that the Steelers would lose:

Keith Smith "Crusader Raider" was just telling me about his soccer team....Leyton Orient.....they started their season not just 0-2, but 0-3......then just followed it up with 3 wins in a row by winning a match 4-1 today. One more win and they will be 5th in their league out of 24 teams. That was with an 0-3 start of the season, so he says we should not give up too early.

2 bad the Steelers are in the AFC.  NFC North experience means squat.  Maybe you missed what the steelers did to the N.Y. Pets.  Let us not forget the steelers have a damn good coach.  We got IFO's(IdiFuckingOts)

Yes that's right the AFC North.. you got me millernation (that's the only time you'll drop knowledge on me football wise)

But Carson Palmer>>> Mark Sanchez it's not even close.

If we wanna beat this team the steelers its gotta be through the air (McFadden can't run on this Defense)

Come on Guys.. A Tiny bit of faith.

I think one thing good going for us is Carson Palmer whom has a lot of NFC North experience.

If you've got McFadden you can bench him on your fantasy team.. But Carson should have a big day against the Steelers. I'm thinking at least 2 passing touchdowns. No interceptions. and his usual 300 plus yards.

Just need Richard Seymour to bitch slap Big Ben a little harder this time.

BTW.. Big Ben is gonna be on his ass all night long. That Steelers OLine stinks.

I wish I could share your optimism  :(
